Today in library, we read
Ally-saurus and the First Day of School, written and illustrated by Richard Torrey. The characters use their imagination, and Mr. Torrey uses crayon to add wings, tails, helmets, and other accessories to them to show what they're pretending to be. The first graders did the same thing to themselves. Here are some of their drawings.
