During some of our first class meetings, I read "Rude Cakes" by Rowboat Watkins. We DON'T want to be rude cakes ... we want to be polite and friendly. Here are some of the students' renditions of the main character. Some before and some after they learned their lesson when being used as a hat by a giant cyclops.
